Because of UC Santa Cruz’s location on the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary, our weather is subject to change from sunny and warm to foggy and chilly throughout the year. Please dress in layers, wearing comfortable clothes to accommodate possible weather and temperature variations.
All attendees should bring:
- Jacket or sweater (dress in layers).
- A hat and sunscreen.
- Comfortable walking shoes – highly encouraged!
- Money (for school supplies and/or souvenirs).
