Winter Orientation Registration
 

Participation in Winter Orientation requires advance registration through your student portal at my.ucsc.edu.

If you have completed your reservation, you can confirm your session date on the student portal. It will state in bright blue text, "You are scheduled to attend an Orientation Session on [date]."

We encourage you to register early, since sessions fill up fast!

Registration ends December 1, 2009.

The Campus Orientation Programs Office will e-mail a confirmation letter with specific arrival information and a list of items to bring to Orientation.

 

Winter Orientation 2010 Fees

  • $110 for each student                        
  • $105 for each guest

Communication with the Campus Orientation Programs Office

All communication from the Campus Orientation Programs Office will be via e-mail. If you wish to receive information through regular mail, please contact the office at the telephone number below or e-mail orientation@ucsc.edu.

If you are unable register via my.ucsc.edu, contact the Campus Orientation Programs Office at (831) 459-5468, or at orientation@ucsc.edu.

Always include your full name and student ID number (W____), and how best to contact you when communicating with our office.

Regarding Your Admission Status

As an incoming student to UC Santa Cruz, you are responsible for ensuring that your conditions of admission to UC Santa Cruz have been met. Read the Conditions of Admission page in your online offer of admission to fully understand your obligations. If you anticipate any problem that could hinder you from meeting your conditions, please contact the Office of Admissions at (831) 459-2131 as soon as possible.

By February 15, 2010 the Office of Admissions must receive official transcripts from all institutions you have previously attended, including the high school from which you graduated. The mailing address for the Office of Admissions is:
