UCSC students running into water!

Now in its second year, International Summer Academy at UC Santa Cruz is an opportunity for international frosh to start their first fall quarter early, get an introduction to university life, take three specially-designed courses, and make new friends.

While taking their courses, students get a chance to explore the campus and its resources, learn UC academic culture, work individually with faculty, and get acclimated to the U.S. Students enjoy living in the newly-renovated residence halls at Merrill College, with access to on-campus dining, campus facilities like the fitness center, weight room, tennis courts, swimming pool, libraries, and computer labs.
