Join us as we dive into validation policy and practice for first-year math and Language Other than English (LOTE). We'll be clarifying what validation is (and isn't), the different types of validation, and how it differs from repeating coursework - all with plenty of examples and practice so that you leave feeling more prepared to advise your students.

Mini topics = important details. Join us for a new type of webinar as we cover a few topics related to transfer admission to the University of California. Anticipated topics for February are AP exam credits, lower-division credit maximum and advising former UC students.

UC for Everyone is a free, virtual event for students and families interested in learning more about UC admission and our nine undergraduate campuses. In this event, designed for students interested in applying for fall 2027 or later, a panel of current students will answer questions about their experiences being a part of UC. Additionally, admissions representatives will share information on both the first-year and transfer admission routes, including tips to help students prepare for the process. Registration is required and space is limited.
